Terms & Conditions

Friday & Saturday group classes:

  • Surrey Singing School or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • Surrey Singing School reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • ​You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing at - info@surresysingingschool.co.uk or text us at 07830 450466
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number (above).
  • ​Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • ​We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
  • ​If there are any sessions cancelled due e.g. bad weather, Surrey Singing School will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
  • New pupils can trial their 1st session with us for free. Thereafter payments are monthly on the 1st of each month.
  • Pupils wanting to study in the group exam classes will need to also attend in the Performance & Technique classes (as this is where our vocal & performance skills training syllabus is taught, the exam classes only have time to learn the exam repertoire & exam syllabus).

Private lessons (with Cinnamon/Katie)

  • You must refrain from dropping your child to their lesson if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • Payments are made on a monthly basis on the 1st of each month.
  • Cancellation policy: minimum notice is to advise by 8am on the day of the lesson to be able to redeem the cancelled lesson as a credit.
  • If there are any sessions cancelled due e.g. bad weather, we will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
